No. It won't. It can't balance the battery unless all the cells reach 100%. With that being said, 30 hours should be the max you need to charge. It's literally impossible to put more then 6AH into the battery. Going past 30, you are just going to waste electricity. You can't hurt the battery per-se, but waste money, yea. I don't go over 24 hours myself, ever.

In some cases, yes, in most cases, no. My pack during the day when it's 65-75F outside the pack will peak 169-172, at night, when it's ~50F, it will peak 175-179. In both instances it will still fluctuate 1-3 volts. Temperature makes a difference on peak voltage .
