Agreed, the EGR is probably clogged, and do a full service. Spark plugs, wires, dizzy, oil change, tranny flush, EGR clean, EGR plate cleaning (it's really easy) O2 sensor clean and a bottle of techron in the tank and I'm sure it will pass.
