When I first started driving I didn't use any mirrors at all, just used my bare eyes (except the indoor rearview mirror). Then I started using the mirrors once I officially got the car and didn't have to adjust my mirrors every time. Now I just use whatever I feel comfortable with, usually just my eyes though, I trust those more
