i usually (trying to ignore the nasty people behind me) try to keep a large gap in front of me... if the traffic was stop and go from 0 mph to 10 mph i would go an average of 5 mph.. it works at times, and when it does work it actually makes traffic better cause the ppl behind you drive constant too
