My Fit is almost all original at 62k miles. Tires, driver's door armrest, voluntary LED lights, and of course wipers and oil and filters.
Oh, and an upgraded rear sway bar.

My 96 Civic, traded in last year.

exhaust midpipe (rusted)
catalytic converter (cracked) O2 sensor for good measure.
welded but still original muffler
radiator (leaked)
clutch master cylinder (leaked)
front axles (CV boots)
HVAC fan speed control (quit except for speed 2)
thermostat

tires, tires, tires
brake rotors once and pads twice
timing belt
spark plugs
polished the headlights
bulbs

Not too bad for 200,000 miles and 17 years.
