His MPG(cs) is 39.2 mpg. This is the miles driven with the gas engine running divided by the gallons used. (I find this to be a bit pessimistic compared to the numbers calculated for my own car.)
So, (128000/39.2) x $/gal = total cost of gasoline.
Electric range is 25 - 45 miles per 10 kWh used. At most, one takes 12 kWh out of the wall to get this. Pick your poison, but I'm about $0.03 / mile for electric use.
