good stuff, fyi I just set the charge timer to always charge to 80% on my 2012 (supposed to help with battery life and is suggested by nissan). Want to Charge Your LEAF to 80%?

Also did some of the cost/kwh math. My utility charges $0.105/kwh for residential. With a heavy foot I get about 2mi/kwh, which at $2/gal is cost equivalent to 40mpg (which is much less spirited driving in the prius, and pretty much unobtainable in any car at the same performance level). With hypermiling I've seen 5mi/kwh in the leaf, so it is STILL a good deal at $0.10/kwh vs $2/gal, without a doubt. It does plow into the corners though, but ah well, I would like to see a "real" handbrake so it can drift in the snow.
