I loved my 1987 Honda Prelude Si, but I looked at a 1990 Celica first, and would wanted to purchase it, but I was not able to take it to a mechanic, and would not try on Sunday, so someone else purchased it. Both cars drove well, but the Celica had beautiful white paint, while the Prelude had extremely faded red paint. The Celica had an automatic transmission, while the clutch went out on my Honda soon after I purchased the car. My mechanic convinced me to buy an Autozone clutch because of their lifetime warranty, which I used, and then bought an OEM one, before my transmission went out.

For all that I know, the Toyota was in just as bad condition, but in retrospect, it might have been worth rolling the dice on the white car.
