You are swapping halogen for halogen? I replaced my 55W Hella H-4s with Chinese LEDs for US$55.00. Similar conservation but more light.
The downside is that the Hella Halogen bulb has a very sophisticated beam pattern, the lows are very flat on top, with more reach down the curbside (different bulbs for left and right hand traffic laws); but the LEDs have a round pattern on low. I have them angled down a little more in consideration of oncoming drivers.

It is a ridiculous savings in 25 hours.
