I would be shocked if it was not. Yours is a manual transmission? Those 90s cars are so much simpler in electronic engine controls and security that it is probably fairly easy. Find the grounding wire for the injectors make sure that cutting it will not cut anything else critical, then wire the ground through your switch. Done.
