I read two-thirds of the Civette thread. People always talk about tall guys pulling a Hightower, removing the front seats, and sitting in the back. He almost did that. I understand his choices, but it seems like he could have found a four-door, and just used the back door to access the driver's seat! 
Jed, I do not know if the 2,000-HP Civic was the one that I found previously, especially since I could hardly find anything about it. I do remember it being white.

The only engine (that would have started in a Civic) I can think of to run a Vette would be Bisimoto's sohc wagon motor (about 700 whp)
