Saved $341 in 2014 (no ecomodding costs except maybe time). Over the life of the car I've saved $1436 + $100 = $1536. I traded the OEM 17" alloy rims for another Forester owner's OEM 16" alloy rims plus $100. The mod that keeps on giving - cheaper tires at every tire changeout than 17". Now that's a cost-effective mod!
