Yes it's a 120V heater, just the regular type you can get from Canadian Tire. I don't like it to run any longer than it has to as it sucks up so much power.
That would normally be considered nice weather for this time of year for sure. We've been hovering around freezing for more than a week. Very unusual. T-shirt weather for sure. Now we've gotten soft. We're going back to normal temps starting tonight so it's going to feel much colder than it should. Actually I'll take -10 over zero. The humidity soaks the cold right in on a cloudy barely freezing day with a breeze.
Just got the bearing replaced. What a difference! The winter tires make more road noise than summer tires so I didn't notice the warning signs until the bearing was pretty nasty. Glad it's done.
Since I had to get it worked on by a shop I removed the front wheel covers, side skirts and air dam. Now I need to go outside and put it all back on before the mercury really shrinks. -4C and falling down to -18C tonight with a monster wind 40 gusting 60km/hr. Man I need a garage!
PS: -29 by Saturday!
