Yeah the 206 is also available with the 1.9 diesel (that's the DW8 as far as I know?) Very reliable engine, it sips more fuel than the 106 diesel or the 1.4 HDi but doesn't have much trouble doing it. It is heavier than 950 kg though.

The triplets are hard to find in diesel around here and if you find them, the prices are quite high. As you said, for most people it's cheaper to drive a petrol version with reasonable kilometer each year.
I even think that the Aygo wasn't available with a diesel engine?
