Double check the driveshaft flange bolts, they may have backed out. The bolts on the flange of my old blue Lincoln worked loose and the symptoms of that were similar to what you're describing.
Alright I'll check them when I get home. We put lock tight on the bolts, and it sat for like 4 hours, but who knows.
