Before I bought my first car I looked at a Hudson business coupe. But the right side had been sideswiped and I didn't have a clue on fixing it. When I was in college I'd pass by this house with a black Hudson 4-door parked in the fence-row. Just like that one except it was solid chrome from the driprail to the beltline. Finally, they said they'd had an offer for $1000 and I had to thank they for their time.
My cousin's parents drove a Hudson like that.
I think better of the Nash Airflyte lately. Unibody in '41, the first really modern heating and ventilating, the Unipod instrument cluster, right-sized grille opening...
