It's just something small, but today I took off the passenger side wiper and hit the window with some Rain-X. Heavy rains are so rare here in NM, it shouldn't be an issue. You guys might see my mileage drop in the coming months b/c my commute is mostly city now, but don't be fooled-- I'll be ready to push 50 mpg for my next road trip.
The next mod, I think, will be Cruze Eco wheels and LRR tires. That'll happen around June, perhaps. Then I'm looking at a lithium starter battery. Yes, it's expensive, but I really want to get the weight down. This car is sooo slow. (12s 0-60) So that's where I'll start unless anybody has better ideas about how to put it on a diet.
