Main rail supports are drilled and installed off of the axle. I used 4.25" PVC pipe spacers and 5/16" bolts to hold them in place.
I might have to lose the bottom Coroplast liner as the main rail comes close to contacting it when Dark Aero is being backed up.
Since the first version failed due to the road vibrations, I've changed the load distribution and material strength on this version. Hopefully this version will hold up better.
