Cut the vertical fins down and decided not to install the flat bar in the rear as the thread-all arms seems to be keeping the rear spaced correctly. The main rails seem to be stable without the extra horizontal support.
I've gone ahead and pulled the pool noodle out since it won't be needed any more. I guess Dark Aero will have to learn how to swim without the noodle. I'm looking to install a Coroplast ring instead to limit the amount of air/water/dirt from building up under there.
