33 mpg with 2 near flat tires is a great start!
Be careful airing up the tires if they have dry rot cracks. I learned a lesson the hard way... 58 psi in 44 max psi tires with dry rot equalled tread seperation while driving
If you can't find a higher temp thermostat, block off your grill to raise the coolant temperatures

go full block and trim some out if your coolant temps need it.
