Do you have rear disc brakes? That vintage Silverado had a lot of trouble with the e-brakes sticking and debris getting in the calipers and causing odd wear, so much so that they eventually switched back to drum brakes. I assume the Burb would have the same problems if you had the rear disc brakes.
