How could they get a patent on being able to set your feet flat on the ground while sitting on a bike? I had many bikes with a seat set low enough to do that. Also had some with a top tube high enough I had to get off the seat and stand on my toes.
By now there shouldn't be anything patentable about shapes or riding positions on bicycles. Like with metal lathes, it's all been done before.
