Those 1.3s were supposed to get great mileage. I got the 1.5 CRX (1984). The CRX1.3 was about 13.5 seconds to 60 mph. I wanted the 10 sec time. You could carb that car for great mileage but the miles and rust are killers by themselves.
Put a single Mikuni SU like the early z car.
Can't beat the price.
