I don't want to fix road rage but if 1/2 the people were surfing the web or sleeping, the road rage would only be coming from and directed to those that were still choosing to drive their own cars.
After time the computer controlled cars behavior would be easily predictible by the human drivers just like in a video game. It's humans that are unpredictable.
new technology always seems radical, then some day it's 2nd nature.
