I also hate stock EG seats, or at least the European versions. They have too much lumbar support and thus make my lower back hurt. Del Sol seats fit right in and are great though. As well as Type R Recaros.

No, you have to remove all the guides for the EG and put them on the CL seats. I did have to drill one hole in the bracket that is on each door side. The lower hole in the upright bracket was half an inch off. Not sure what that would be in millimeters. It was not hard, just time consuming.
