As much as I don't want to (increased weight), I'll do it for you buddy!

I weighed my car yesterday and the weight without me in the car came out to be 2360 pounds with 3/4 tank of gas (9 gals.). The stock weight is 2478 without fuel. If I use 6 pounds per gallon for the gasoline, I come out with: 2360 - 54 = 2306 pounds. So I have almost dropped 200 pounds from this car!

Now I weigh 180, so the car goes right back to stock weight with me in there

I have almost completed my ECM swap on my car, went from a 98 KTV4 to a 00 EMA0. This means I upgraded in ZX2 terms I will be able to tune the newer ECM easier from doing this. Old style ECMs in the ZX2s did not like to be messed with and were resistant to tuning software such as Superchips.

My only problem is my cooling fan runs constantly now. I swapped the CCRM from a newer ZX2 to stop this from happening, but the car did not seem to care. Me and dareall from TeamZX2 are trying to search this problem out right now over the forum. The man is a genius when it comes to ZX2s!

I test drove Ecoscort last night after the swap. It crank up better than it ever had! Also, no annoying stumble when I turn my wheels right after cranking. Going down the road, I watched my ignition timing. It appears that I have a winner in the department! The timing is 1-2* more advanced at all times with the EMA0, which in theory should help power throughout my driving, especially cruising. The extra timing will also come in handy when I go lean
