Balto, I would argue the turbo because the super is always draining on the engine. If OP wants power first, and doesn't care MPG, yepp, SC it. But if he likes power but still has a priority on MPG, then T it up! Plus, one of your points aren't helping...if people are selling turbos for SC, then it will be even cheaper!
Plus, he can do a lot of work himself. Tuning may be the biggest challenge.
