Was that 130 psi warm or cold ?

Were all the plugs removed before testing to allow the starter to spin the engine fast enough ?

Do you have access to another compression tester to see if it gives similar results ?

You may want to try and find someone with a leak down tester to pin point where the loss is coming from. They're also able to give you the percentage of loss. Something a compression tester can't do.

If you can't find a leak down tester, try this.

Spin the engine to TDC on the cyl. you want to check. Remove the hose from your compression tester and connect it to your air compressor hose.
Charge the cyl. with compressed air. Listen for air leaks coming from the intake manifold, exhaust pipe and oil fill cap. Where you hear the air coming from will tell you what the problem is. You may have to have someone help to hold the engine at TDC. When it is at exactly at TDC it is very easy to hold.

130 psi is not that horrible.

Not good... Not bad... In my opinion.

If the engine runs fine and doesn't burn oil, I wouldn't worry about it.

It will probably go another 50,000 miles.
