Alright well thank you all for your replies! So based I have done some calculations on my own and the reason I want to go with the Sonoma build is I bought it for 900 dollars, it has no rust, and I just rebuilt the engine and transmission for it. I have probably 2500 total including the price of the truck. I would rather buy a cruise eco or a tdi but if 40 or even 35 mpg is possible it will never be with it to buy a newer car if you consider car payment, higher insurance, cost of diesel, higher cost of parts, etc. S10 parts are cheap and they are easy to work on. So, I will be sticking with the Sonoma build. I should be finishing by aero cap todayactually. I'll post pictures later in the aerodynamic threads. I did it a little different than what I've seen so I'm hoping for some constructive criticism. Haha also is there any software out there to help me determine the CD after I have made my mods? I know there are lots of cfd programsb it how about some suggestions?
