I think I'll get a second opinion from a place I used to go to when I lived nearby them. Maybe I won't need to replace the cat if they just do it. Hopefully he won't charge me too much since I already paid the $50 to the first guy (he isn't going to charge me to re-test, so I wasn't worried about it).
