It looks like MetroMpg came up with the idea for the MPGuino, so it is obviously better! I think that the SuperMID has more features, but I am not sure what you would need to do to get your own, while I think the MPGuino is overly complicated.

I looked into the SuperMID when Basjoos mentioned it before. Yoshi, the guy that makes it, is reclusive, overwhelmingly busy, or something. There do not seem to be very many units in existence, so information is scarce.
