Daox, I have had a fair amount of trouble with kill switches also. The fix was always something to do with a bad ground, It seems the fuel pump relay is very sensitive about a strong ground. Once I made sure all connectors in the circuit were bullet-proof, all problems with an erratic kill switch ended.
