To do it rightish, yes. BUT! I can retard the intake cam and it will have a similar effect. I will lose torque and horsepower in the lower rpms and gain mechanical efficiency. Upper rpm power will be higher as this allows better breathing.

I need to post the simulations Hardline did for me at TeamZX2. They tell a remarkable story of what could be possible with a certain engine build.
