CFECO -- Agreed it's for downforce, which causes drag. I think there're better ways of doing it.

kach22i -- that's some good sleuthing. What happens with the headlights up? I think the thing about following The Template is that they filled in the sail panels from the Charger. Google Images led me to a 2010 Ecomodder thread!

I think the taillights, tail-fin and chrome are a little overdone for my taste, but the wheel has a full cycle fender and it looks like the running boards might act as fences to keep the turbulence off the body sides. It even has a trip strip to reattach flow over the tail.
