I got it all taken down to the component pieces and learned a few things.
1) I was way off on my Wild Arse Guesstimate (WAG) for weight. I figured under 100. It was more like 145.
2) Carriage bolts do not hold well in 10 year old OSB. I had to break most of the deck bolts.
3)All of the above led me to call it "Dank Aero", because I had to be smoking some good shiz to think this was going to be either fast or easy :P

I pondered it for not too long before I realized it was all due to Murphy's first law. No good deed goes unpunished
