So here is the history of that trailer. Bruce purchased the components and put it together in 1996, to tow behind his motorhome. He made one round trip of approximately 200 miles with it. Then he had an injury of unknown cause, and suffered a broken back.
He never drove that motorhome again, or towed the trailer. It sat, and one day a common thief stole the tire off it, and many other things from his shop.
Bruce is able to walk OK but is quite limited. he was in good enough shape to hold the guy at gunpoint when he came strolling back nonchalantly with wheel in hand. he had taken it to air it up so he could steal the trailer and whatever else he could load in it!

So that's it, one trip and parked for nearly two decades.
