My rear wheel outran my sandrail once. Wizzed by my ear at about 45 mph. I had to dig it out of an embankment. I found two lug nuts and mounted that wheel hand tight and got back to the house which wasn't very far
What's weird is that it was the wheel behind me but the rail stayed upright until I nearly came to a stop. That rail had everything over the back wheels! The front brakes were nearly useless it was so light there.
