Thanks for the information. When I am more comfortable with how to keep the Insight in lean burn, I would like to use other methods to keep it in lean burn.

With the current mods I have made the car stays in lean burn for 60 to 120 seconds and then purges for 6 seconds and repeats the lean burn time. Right now I can live with this purge time knowing that it is a small loss of MPG to get rid of the NOX. Sometimes you have to "encourage" it to go back into lean burn by gently lifting the throttle.
