1911 Franklin. I believe Franklins were air-cooled.
Notice the divider in the seat. I couldn't walk up to it with a tape measure, but the seat is narrower than the steering wheel and would hold one headlight. Maybe 16-18" wide. No elbow-room.
Maybe people were chummier back then?
