An off-lease electric. The two year old lease cars are killing the market for new electrics. EVTV had a story about how a new 2016 Volt has sold for $11K after state federal and manufacturer rebates.
Especially in the PNW with hydro-elecricity costing 2/3 down to 1/3 the national average.
