FYI, there's an SAE paper, 951904, about Viking 23. It says the CD is a coastdown derived 0.275. Their scale model suggested a CD of 0.19. Frontal area is 1.4177 meters. No mention of the windshield source...

There are some other SAE papers about some of the other cars...still reading....
