I can't get any further than a mile in mine starting at 60. There is one hilly part I go down like once a week that I can get a mile coast and maintain 50-60 mph.
I usually plan it to start back on when I'm stopped, but occasionally i'll time it wrong it have to start back up around 30 or rolling speeds.
