Here is the bottom side, as you can see, the exhaust has not even melted all of the way through.

Thanks for the reassurance, but the coroplast I was worried about was near the cat :3 and the resonator. Although I will have to worry about heat when I eventually create that rear pan, as there is an exhaust pipe in the way.
