Can it pass an enhanced smog test(underload on a dino) with the hot air intake active or are the NOXX too high from an over heated communication temp too far above 2500°f

Would this 2000+ on 35usg be in the stock 6cylinder class or Exhibition not "STREET LEGAL" most of theas modds cary a $10,000 fine each from the EPA/CARB. For use "on road"
