And with oil hovering around $30 a barrel for a while now, it's looking like too little too late. Sure, cost of fuel will eventually climb, but I think that is going to be a while.
It's kind of like trying to sell an ice maker to an Eskimo. It is pretty and all that and maybe will do as claimed, but as things are now it is not much needed and won't be
needed for a good long while. (even if outrageous claims of global warming were true)
