I swear this reads like a Yahoo Answers question. And in that vein I reply as I always do there: did you do ANY research at all? You already have most of the information regarding your stock wheels, find out exactly what the backspacing is supposed to be and you have everything. From there, ANY online wheel retailer should be able to hook you up with any of many ugly, awful alloys.

I'm having trouble believing you have steel wheels that are only ten pounds. If that's all they weigh and you're hoping for lighter, you might want to stop shopping; the 13" alloys I just looked up on Tire Rack weigh over thirteen pounds.

Gasoline Fumes' suggestion for CRX Si alloys is on the button. You know they'll fit and they're going to look right on your car.

The 175 tires should mount right up.
