One difficulty for me is that many of the words you wrote have other meanings for me:
Supper: Dinner
Fill: To de-empty
Dose: Dosage

I do not have any technical knowledge, just two Bachelors', and wrote a great many papers in college. I text complete sentences. I concluded a long time ago that while learning to communicate better, it became more difficult for me to understand some others. Supposedly, this is how people actually write:

"LO friend How R U doing How iz ur mother Do U Et cheese" (English to text translator. It kept the question marks, which I removed). If someone messaged me like that, I would not answer.
