I still have not had time to try. But the plan is soak them in penetrating oil. Then put a braker bar on a spline drive socket. If that doesn't work then impact. If that doesn't work Cut. That's the way I usually approach seized bolts just have to be careful not to round them with step one, or your cutting. I suppose you could try an ez-out type remover for rounded nuts but they almost never work.
