Looks like a 727 nose to me:
Boeing 727
Right down to the nosecone attachment point, the double horizontal striations, those two protruding... sensors?, and the double "eyebrow" windows.
But it looks to me like they chopped it short just behind the windows, then stuck it to the body of a smaller jet (just look at the ugly aero transition between the nose area and the body).
