I am not going to blind other drivers unless they deserve it.
The roads around new mexico and texas are not like roads on the east and west coasts. Late at night there is hardly anyone out on them.

I guess so since the mounting points appear to go inside of some kind of enclosure and they come with 100w bulbs.
